Welcome to MedicToUK. These Terms of Usage govern your access to the website and bookings for our prep courses, workshops, and study materials. By accessing this platform, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. License & Course Access

All video resources, mock exams, scorecards, and study materials provided by MedicToUK are copyright protected. When you purchase access to an on-demand video set, you are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access the materials for 3 months. Sharing account credentials or copying, recording, or redistributing course materials is strictly prohibited.

2. Course Bookings & Cancellations

• Booking Confirmations: Your registration is secured once Stripe payment has processed successfully. You will receive an automated email confirmation with course links.
• Cancellations: If you are unable to attend an in-person or hybrid session (such as the MRCPCH Mock at Basildon University Hospital), please notify us at least 14 days in advance to discuss rescheduling options.
• Mock Exam Attendance: Day 1 mock presentations require mandatory camera-on Zoom attendance. Failures in candidate internet connectivity or late log-ins are not subject to refund.

3. Clinical Responsibility & Disclaimers

MedicToUK is an educational preparation resource run by experienced NHS consultants. The mock exams and materials represent guidelines and exam strategy tips; they do not represent binding clinical qualifications or a guarantee of GMC registration or passing Royal College examinations. Candidates must exercise independent clinical judgement when practicing in their actual hospital placements.

4. Acceptable Behavior

Candidates are expected to interact professionally and respectfully with mock patient role-players, child patients, and faculty during Day 2 hospital sessions. Inappropriate or abusive behavior will result in immediate dismissal from the course without refund.
