Dr Dhar is an experienced paediatrician with a special interest in tertiary neonates and neonatal transport, currently based at the esteemed Addenbrooke's Hospital in Cambridge, UK. He has worked across four renowned tertiary Neonatal Intensive Care Units (NICU) in the United Kingdom since 2011.
He is the clinical lead and project lead for the LocANTS video collaboration platform (Health Enterprise East award winner), and served as a consultative group member looking at models of care for Paediatrics 2040 (focusing on the impact of artificial intelligence) run by the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (RCPCH).
Dr Dhar oversees the academic, clinical curriculum design and strategy for medics striving to transition successfully into the NHS.

Ranadip is an entrepreneur, public speaker, and senior technology consultant. Having successfully migrated to the UK and built a consulting career in London, he holds an MBA from London Business School and is engaged with Google.
He is involved in multiple UK healthcare technology and clinical service ventures, focusing on digital impact, automation, and clinical software delivery. Ranadip directs the commercial, operations, and technology interests of MedicToUK.
