Dr Arunava Dhar

Consultant Paediatrician & Tertiary Neonatologist at Addenbrooke's Hospital, Cambridge.

Dr Dhar has worked across four renowned tertiary Neonatal Intensive Care Units (NICU) in the UK since 2011. He is the clinical lead for the award-winning LocANTS video platform and served on the RCPCH Paediatrics 2040 AI consultative board.

He oversees academic curriculum design, clinical strategy, and MRCPCH training standards for MedicToUK candidates.

Having successfully migrated to the UK and built a consulting career in London, Ranadip holds an MBA from London Business School and is engaged with Google.

He directs commercial growth, software engineering, digital platform delivery, and operations for MedicToUK, ensuring doctors receive seamless technology-driven support.

Dr Alison Skippen has been a Paediatric Neurology Consultant in the John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford, since September 2025. Alison has developed a subspecialist interest in Paediatric Neuromuscular conditions. She undertook a 12-month out-of-programme post as an SMA / Mitochondrial Clinical Fellow in Oxford from September 2023 to September 2024. She now works in the Oxford Muscle Service (OMS) managing patients with neuromuscular disorders.

With extensive experience in paediatric medicine, medical education, and clinical research, she is passionate about supporting the next generation of paediatricians.

She worked as a Consultant in Acute Paediatrics at RACH, Brighton and as Paediatric Respiratory Consultant at Kings College Hospital, London and currently working at popular Royal London Hospital.

Arindam was awarded with many distinctions from the early stage of his career, like young investigator award by European gastro society, trainee triumph board etc.

Muna was a paediatric respiratory consultant in Jordan and recently moved to UK as a senior paediatric respiratory fellow as part of career progression taking the route through CESR. She obtained the medical degree from the University of Jordan in Amman. Finished paediatric training at Southampton after which she returned to Jordan to participate in establishing the 1st specialised paediatric hospital (Queen Rania al Abdullah hospital for children) in Jordan. Muna also obtained the paediatric HERMES European respiratory diploma and acted as a mentor to candidates for that exam.
